Role Overview
- Support Senior Client Success Managers in executing campaigns successfully from start to finish
- Manage creator relationships and internal workflows post-sale
- Provide clear status updates and maintain accountability for processes
- Own entire creator content process including reviewing briefs and scheduling postings
- Collaborate with internal teams to move the campaign forward
- Collect Post Campaign Analysis data and build reports

- Experience in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple action items simultaneously and juggle competing priorities
- Commitment to self-improvement and proactive feedback seeking
- Client-obsessed with a knack for building meaningful relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to tell compelling stories with data
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok
