Conduct analysis of requests via HCM (vacancies, merit increases, promotions, and transfers), ensuring alignment with corporate policies and guidelines
Act strategically alongside leaders, influencing decisions related to organizational structure, staffing levels, internal movements, and people management
Hold regular meetings with internal clients to review KPIs, people-related requests, and business needs
Conduct analyses and issue opinions regarding end of probation, terminations, reinstatements, and other sensitive matters, ensuring technical and legal criteria and mitigating labor risks
Perform turnover analyses, supporting decisions on compensation, retention, and workforce sustainability
Analyze and monitor the MOD (direct labor workforce), ensuring adherence to IBP, actual headcount, and the operation's production demand
Monitor and carry out actions related to job abandonment, focusing on reducing operational and legal impacts
Manage hierarchy adjustments, movement exceptions, and processes for opening new positions, assessing organizational and financial impact
Participate in compliance analyses and investigations, internal and external audits, together with corporate areas, ensuring adherence to current policies and legislation
Be responsible for Recruitment & Selection and Onboarding processes for the Flexicotton unit and support areas, ensuring speed, quality, and alignment with the business's operational profile
Act as a technical reference for less-senior analysts and BPs, supporting more complex decisions and contributing to team development
Actively contribute to continuous improvement and standardization of HR processes, focusing on efficiency, governance, and employee experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields
Solid experience as an HR Business Partner in an industrial/manufacturing environment, with direct interaction with operational leadership
Experience in operational Recruitment & Selection and onboarding processes
Analytical profile, strategic vision, autonomy in decision-making, and ability to influence and build relationships with leadership
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
