About this role
Role Overview
Holistic advisory support for employees and managers on all personnel-related matters and support of HR Business Partners in day-to-day operational tasks
Independent operational HR support across the entire employee lifecycle (e.g., managing onboarding and offboarding processes, acting as interface to payroll, performance management, benefits, contract and certification administration)
Process owner for HR reports (creation, monitoring, implementation) related to monthly, quarterly and year-end reporting
Participation in optimizing, digitizing and standardizing HR processes
Collaboration with our Talent Acquisition team on candidate selection
Contribution to group-wide HR projects
Requirements
Completed commercial training with an HR focus or a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable qualification
At least 3 years of professional experience in generalist HR roles
Good knowledge of labor/employment law
Affinity for working with HR metrics, reports and MS Excel
SAP experience desirable
Structured and independent way of working, strong communication skills, numerical affinity
Very good German language skills
