Independent organization and administration of contract management and the further development of our IT-supported processes
Maintenance and updating of corporate law documents; support in preparing, organizing, and documenting committee meetings
Execution and management of commercial register filings and ensuring compliance with other legal and internal requirements
Coordination of processes between internal departments and external partners (e.g., notary)
Establishment and development of electronic file management and organization
Participation in process optimization and the development of our administrative structures
Support of the office management team with administrative and organizational tasks
Requirements
Completed vocational training as a notary clerk, legal assistant/paralegal, or comparable commercial/administrative qualification
Ideally, additional qualification in contract management and/or corporate governance
Experience in independently organizing and managing contracts (contract management)
Confident handling of corporate law matters, e.g., preparation and maintenance of commercial register documents, support in preparing and documenting shareholders' meetings or supervisory board meetings, deadline monitoring (corporate housekeeping)
Structured, careful, and reliable working style
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent German (written and spoken) and good English skills
