Role Overview
Win complex large-scale mandates in new business
Establish hallo theo among major real estate owners — leveraging network influence, outbound acquisition, and a strong closing focus
Build a reliable pipeline through consistent outbound activities — calls, acquisition visits, networking events
Systematically activate and grow the network to generate high-volume mandate closures
Position hallo theo with owners as a scalable alternative to traditional property management
Focus on scalable condominium (WEG) structures as well as complex residential and commercial units including strategic portfolios
Stakeholder management from C-level to supervisory/committee structures (WEG)
Clean management, documentation, next steps & forecasting in HubSpot
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in active B2B sales (ideally in real estate, investment brokerage or premium real estate services)
Demonstrable hunter expertise: cold-calling, systematic outbound, strong at setting meetings and closing deals
Confident professional presence, ideally with solid knowledge of condominium (WEG) and tenancy law
Strong negotiation skills (C-level, banks, supervisory boards)
Extremely resilient, self-driven and passionate about occupying market space
Consistent CRM usage (HubSpot) — no "Excel shadow pipelines"
Languages: German · English
