Perform advanced analysis of performance indicators (MTBF, MTTR, failure rates, historical costs) and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Define detailed scopes for maintenance, inspection and engineering services, ensuring technical clarity and compliance with standards.
Drive continuous improvement through process analysis and performance monitoring.
Support HSE initiatives and organizational culture programs.
Establish and review maintenance strategies according to equipment criticality, ensuring reliability, safety, performance and life‑cycle cost optimization.
Translate maintenance policies into operational actions through standardized preventive and corrective work orders.
Act as a technical interface with Engineering, Construction and Projects, ensuring maintainability and reliability requirements for new assets and modifications.
Validate technical compliance of asset and system deliveries in alignment with project performance and safety criteria.
Prepare technical scopes, master plans and procedures, providing technical responsibility for projects and improvements.
Evaluate and apply emerging technologies to improve productivity and industrial competitiveness.
Produce technical specifications, reports, and recommendations in compliance with legal and normative requirements.
Manage inspection levels and technical receiving processes, ensuring quality and traceability.
Analyze and propose standardization of equipment and components to improve efficiency and reduce variability.
Perform technical evaluations of suppliers and support spare‑parts strategy definition.
Provide internal customers with technical solutions that improve reliability, productivity, and operational performance.
Requirements
Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant CREA registered
At least 12 years of experience in technical areas of industrial engineering/maintenance.
Reliability-centered maintenance.
Experience with the use of structured tools and methodologies applied to failure reduction, reliability increase, and variability reduction (RCM, FMEA, Six Sigma, etc.).
Problem-solving experience in rotating equipment.
Advanced English (written and spoken).
