Role Overview
Develop and implement HR and Talent Acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Partner with senior leadership to identify business needs and translate them into actionable HR initiatives.
Lead organizational change initiatives, including restructuring and process optimization.
Design and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Oversee full-cycle recruitment: job postings, sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.
Implement data-driven methods to monitor and improve recruitment performance.
Foster an inclusive, positive, and high‑performance work environment.
Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Develop engagement programs aimed at improving satisfaction and retention.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices across multiple countries.
Oversee HR policies, procedures, and organizational programs.
Manage compensation and benefits to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company goals.
Track and analyze HR metrics to drive data‑based decision-making.
Build and implement training programs that support employee growth and career development.
Promote a culture of continuous learning.
Lead the performance management cycle: goal-setting, reviews, and continuous feedback.
Support managers in developing performance improvement plans when necessary.
Encourage a culture of recognition and accountability.
Requirements
Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem‑solving, decision‑making, and change‑management abilities.
Expertise in employee relations and talent acquisition.
Proficiency in HR systems, ATS, CRMs, and job boards.
Advanced English level B2+ or C1.
Proven experience leading HR teams in fast‑growing environments.
