About this role
Role Overview
Provide advanced technical support for computer systems, servers, and cloud-based environments.
Administer and support Microsoft Office 365 (user management, permissions, security configurations).
Support and manage Microsoft Azure environments.
Handle system-level troubleshooting, including permissions and access control management.
Manage tickets through Autotask and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and maintain systems using Datto RMM and Datto Backups.
Maintain structured documentation within ITGlue.
Troubleshoot escalated issues efficiently and professionally.
Communicate clearly with clients, providing updates and technical explanations in fluent English.
Follow established processes and documentation while adapting to ongoing training.
Requirements
Proven experience in IT Technical Support or Systems Administration
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Azure, and Autotask
Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, user management, permissions, and server environments
Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities independently
Professional communication skills and client-facing experience
Advanced English (verbal and written).
