Analyze projections, KPIs, ROI, and trend data to evaluate program performance and recommend strategic adjustments.
Conduct feasibility assessments, gap analyses, and business case development to support executive decision-making.
Manage stakeholder relationships, escalate critical issues, and deliver performance updates to senior leadership.
Supervise, develop, and mentor associates while fostering accountability and operational discipline.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, compliance, operations management, or related area.
Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with measurable business impact.
Strong analytical capabilities including KPI evaluation, ROI analysis, and performance reporting.
Ability to conduct strategic assessments and translate insights into actionable business cases.
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and managing complex stakeholder environments.
Demonstrated success developing talent and driving accountability within teams.
