About this role
Role Overview
Participate in technical and commercial training.
Prospect potential clients who require electric energy savings.
Schedule and visit companies.
Manage and grow the client portfolio.
Serve clients online (phone, email, WhatsApp, Instagram, Google and other digital channels).
Approach potential clients and identify their needs.
Update achieved results using a standardized report and videoconference.
Prepare quotes for prospective clients.
Represent Ecoponta.
Sell battery leasing solutions.
Present case studies of companies that adopted Ecoponta's solutions.
Negotiate with clients within the company’s established margins.
Generate local partnerships to facilitate access to client companies.
Evaluate the possibility of hiring assistants or support staff.
Establish local partnerships for business origination and, if approved by headquarters, implement them.
Draft long-term commercial contracts.
Overcome customer objections.
Conduct satisfaction surveys.
Request customer referrals.
Resolve customer issues and complaints.
Monitor and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets.
Requirements
University degree completed.
Experience as a B2B Salesperson, Field Sales Representative, or Sales Executive.
Reside in Belém or Ananindeua, Pará (PA).
Valid driver’s license (categories A, B, or AB) in force.
Own vehicle.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Advantage: Having a client portfolio connected to the medium-voltage electrical grid.
Experience in the electric power sector.
Experience in the clean energy sector.
Experience in electricity distribution.
Desired behavioral competencies: initiative, decisiveness/problem-solving, productivity, customer focus (ability to delight customers), persuasiveness, resilience, self-management.
Benefits
Daily allowance for fuel and meals (BRL 60.00 per working day).
Bonus: BRL 10,000.00 per standard contract closed. Bonuses are paid after battery installation: between 120 and 150 days.
Base salary: BRL 6,000.00.
No cap on bonuses.
Growth opportunity: Progression to Senior Account Executive.
