Provide managerial and operational support under the direction of the Deputy Operations Manager
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and may assume managerial responsibilities in the Deputy Operations Manager’s absence
Ensure all operations meet the standards set by company policies and practices
Act as a backup to maintain continuity within the program
Participate in “on-call” duties for the department’s emergency phone when scheduled

Supervisory and facilitation experience
Strong organization and communication skills
Experience in assisting with new hire training
Proficiency with Google Drive apps, Microsoft Office and previous experience with a CRM system
Salesforce experience is highly regarded, but not essential!
Ability to frequently lift, push and pull weights up to fifty (50) lbs
At least 21 years of age and physical capability to meet company and DOT driving requirements
Maintain current Wilderness First Responder & CPR
Must pass a background check
Ability to pass a drug test
A willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work weekends and/or holidays
