Role Overview
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise Caseware implementations
- Establish and manage formal project governance
- Create and maintain project plans
- Act as the primary client-facing delivery lead
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and change requests
- Oversee enterprise data migration, integrations, and testing
- Provide clear executive-level reporting
- Drive client readiness and adoption
- Manage project financial performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing client-facing software implementation projects
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies
- Demonstrated experience leading long-duration, complex projects
- Proven ability to engage effectively with senior client stakeholders
- Experience managing project financials
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, risk management, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent; accounting or audit credentials are an asset
