Role Overview
- Welcome and assist clients in-branch, by phone and by email, providing advice
- Manage group life insurance contracts: enrollments and cancellations
- Handle individual claims files: open files and appoint experts
- Advise and support clients throughout the claims process
- Contribute to the management and growth of the client portfolio: quotes and insurance contracts
- Actively participate in branch activities
Requirements
- Associate degree (Bac+2) or equivalent, e.g., BTS in Insurance
- Experience in claims handling (e.g., motor, property, bodily injury)
- Analytical and investigative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Organized and autonomous, with a rigorous approach to work
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients and other contacts
