Requirements
Industry
or real estate-specific vocational training or degree
Several years of professional experience and expertise in real estate brokerage; experience in training is an advantage
Experience working within the savings bank (Sparkassen) environment
Excellent communication skills
Independent, solution-oriented and assertive working style
Strong customer and service orientation and high commitment
Willingness to travel across the entire business area, with a focus on southern Lower Saxony and northern North Rhine-Westphalia
