Implement, apply and continuously improve processes for construction projects in the overhead line sector.
Review implemented processes during planning and construction phases, including success monitoring and evaluation of improvement measures.
Ensure quality in project-related document management (e.g., construction documents, minutes, certificates).
Act as the point of contact for project and construction teams on all matters related to processes, standards and document templates.
Plan, organize and prepare/follow up on project and construction meetings (PMO meetings).
Develop and apply project management tools and methods with a focus on construction and infrastructure projects.
Establish and maintain a central lessons-learned database from construction and project execution.

A completed commercial or technical degree, ideally related to construction, infrastructure or project management, or a comparable qualification (e.g., Fachwirt, technician).

Confident user of standard MS Office applications; knowledge of MS Project or construction-related planning tools is an advantage.
Team player with assertiveness, quick comprehension and strong organizational skills, including in a construction-site environment.
Driver’s license class B and willingness to travel regularly to construction sites and project locations (approx. 3–4 days per week).
Very good written and spoken German skills (at least C1 level).
