Facilitate communication between internal departments

Daily administrative management
Manage schedules and follow up on actions
Check order files
Monitor files between order signing and the vehicle’s arrival at the dealership
Process orders administratively
Release/unblock vehicles
Query Service Box for campaign processing at least 48 hours before delivery
Manage the delivery schedule and book customer appointments, ensuring payment by bank transfer at least 72 hours before delivery
Handle vehicle registration procedures (CRONS / ANTS)
Perform the DDG on the day of delivery
Issue invoicing in accordance with the purchase order signed by the Sales Manager
Ensure settlement of finance/credit files
Verify RED processing and controls before archiving the file
Verify customer payments (balances) before archiving files
Retrieve and upload the exit interview into Efficom
