Client-oriented, competence
and needs-based coordination of the rehabilitation process
Preparation and ongoing updating of a structured rehabilitation plan
Organization, planning and development of needs-oriented support programs and concepts
Active and responsible support, accompaniment and counseling of young people in managing vocational requirements
Close collaboration with all staff involved in vocational qualification processes as well as with external stakeholders

Successfully completed degree in Social Pedagogy, Social Work, Curative Education (Heilpädagogik) or a comparable qualification
Professional experience working with young adults with socio-emotional disabilities/impairments is an advantage
Class B driver's license desirable
