You are the first point of contact for issues with e-forms and provide our customers with fast, professional support
You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
You handle and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
You skillfully escalate tickets to downstream support units
You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

You are characterized by a customer-friendly, service-oriented approach
You have a quick grasp and a structured way of working
Your key strengths include excellent communication skills and a strong command of language
Ideally, you already have initial professional experience in an IT environment
You speak and communicate very well in German (minimum C1)
You have good written and spoken English skills.
