You document and classify tickets in the ticketing system
You handle and administer requests in the Service Portal (Mon–Sat, between 7:00 and 19:00), up to 5 days per week and 8 hours per day
You expertly forward tickets to downstream support units
You manage and monitor tickets in accordance with our Service Level Agreements

You are characterized by a customer-friendly and service-oriented way of working
You have a quick comprehension and a structured working style
Your key strengths include excellent communication skills and a good command of expression
Ideally, you already have initial professional experience in an IT environment
You speak and can communicate very well in German (at least C1)
You have good English skills, both written and spoken
