As a (Senior) HR Business Partner, you advise managers on all HR and employment law issues
You also support employee meetings, change processes and personnel measures across the entire employee lifecycle
Analyzing and handling employment law matters and developing sustainable solutions are also part of your responsibilities
You work in a trusted manner with the works councils and support co-determination processes
In addition, you identify HR trends, derive new measures and actively participate in HR projects and the further development of our HR work
Finally, regular travel to our casino locations in Lower Saxony completes your range of duties.
Requirements
Successfully completed degree in business administration (e.g., BWL), business law, business psychology or similar — ideally with a focus on HR, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with a comparable additional qualification
Several years of experience in operational HR work, ideally in a comparable HR Business Partner role
Solid knowledge of labor law, social security law and works council law (Betriebsverfassungsrecht)
Strong communication and advisory skills as well as excellent organizational abilities
Self-initiative, solution-oriented way of working and a team-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel within Lower Saxony
