Role Overview
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to operationalise strategic people projects
- Implement change management efforts for people projects
- Help embed seamless people processes and optimise the HRIS platform
- Oversee employee lifecycle changes and support onboarding
- Identify and retain talent, support talent development
- Provide reporting and analysis on HR metrics
- Assist in embedding culture and engagement agenda
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- Lead ad hoc HR projects
