Role Overview
Collaborate with key stakeholders to operationalise strategic people projects
Implement change management efforts for people projects
Help embed seamless people processes and optimise the HRIS platform
Oversee employee lifecycle changes and support onboarding
Identify and retain talent, support talent development
Provide reporting and analysis on HR metrics
Assist in embedding culture and engagement agenda
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
