You manage the entire sales process — from needs analysis and lead qualification to product demos — converting leads into customers.
You consistently close new business and meet our sales targets.
You engage directly with decision-makers and conduct negotiations at management level.
You build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to generate new business.
You work closely with Marketing and Customer Success to further develop our sales strategy.
Requirements
You have at least 1 year of sales experience and possess strong sales skills, business acumen, and a commercial mindset.
You have experience with digital transformation and modern tool landscapes.
You have experience in B2B SaaS sales.
You demonstrate excellent selling and closing skills.
You are proficient in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
You are goal-oriented and take proactive steps to achieve your targets.
You are fluent in German (DACH focus) and English (we are an international company).
