As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are the central point of contact for potential customers and represent amber as the first touchpoint
You monitor market trends, analyze competitors, and identify new opportunities to further develop our sales and product strategy
You own our outbound campaigns and regularly analyze our content mix. You continuously identify content gaps, track topics that matter to our customers, and adjust our strategy in collaboration with the team
You plan and organize audience-targeted webinars, coordinate internal and external speakers, manage participant communications, and ensure qualified leads are passed to sales through consistent follow-up
Through targeted research and creative strategies such as emails, LinkedIn campaigns, or trade show visits, you build a solid pipeline of promising companies from the DACH region
In initial conversations, you identify the specific challenges of potential customers, spark their interest, and prepare them for the next step in our sales process
Together with our team, you work to continuously optimize our sales process. You test new approaches and actively contribute to the development of our sales playbook to further establish amber as a leading business AI in Europe
Requirements
You have initial experience in sales, ideally from a B2B SaaS environment
You have a good sense for the needs of new customers and an eye for sales potential that you independently identify and leverage
You are confident working with lead databases and CRM systems, preferably HubSpot, and use these tools smartly to fill your pipeline
You communicate confidently and reliably — in German and English — with different stakeholders at various levels
You are either familiar with artificial intelligence or eager to learn about it quickly
