Role Overview
- Responsible for designing and developing online courses for real estate agents and managers
- Creating course materials and selecting appropriate methods for learning paths
- Actively contributing to the design, production, maintenance, and evaluation of e-learning courses
- Advising and supporting markets such as DACH, Italy and Iberia in the implementation of e-learning content
- Managing internal projects and coordinating with specialist departments
- Gathering systematic feedback, analyzing results, and assessing effectiveness
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Education, Communication or Media Studies
- Some practical experience in a comparable role
- Experience in designing e-learning courses
- Knowledge of authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Synthesia and Storyline
- Quick to learn and enthusiastic about technical systems, digital topics and software
- Attention to detail and strong communication skills
- Independent, organized and structured way of working
- Very good German and English skills
