The Inside Sales, Regional Sales Coordinator (ISR RSC) role is responsible for supporting strategic accounts owned by Regional Account Managers (RAM) and Regional Business Development (RBD) teams.
Provide sales and customer service support to each account with the goal of ensuring consistent, profitable growth in sales revenue.
Must ensure that Kal Tire’s internal teams understand the customer’s needs, are living up to client commitments, delivering ongoing value.
Candidates based in the BC Okanagan region will be required to work fully on-site and report to our Vernon Office location.
Requirements
At least 2 years’ experience working at Kal Tire, or at least 2 years inside sales or field sales experience in related B2B industry.
Post graduate diploma or degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
Proven track record with inside sales management and customer analysis, with demonstrated ability in sales management and coaching.
Experience with business analysis and customer reporting.
Proven record and knowledge of consultative selling process.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate departments, key business partners, and customers.
Ability to create and edit sales materials and presentations.
Ability to coordinate and organize meetings, exhibits, and other events.
Preferred experience in commercial automotive industry.
Additional language would be a plus.
Valid driver’s license.
Travel within Canada or to the US will be needed (3-4 trips per year estimated).
