Define the organization’s overall influencer strategy across paid and organic programs
Develop and maintain influencer documentation for the organization
Work with cross functional analytics teams to set up dashboards and establish KPIs
Plan and execute paid influencer campaigns from strategy development to product launch
Source, evaluate, and select influencers ensuring target audiences and creative concepts drive measurable returns
Monitor, report, and analyze campaign and test results
Develop and execute the influencer program strategy
Manage the influencer agency and build relationships with content creators
Collaborate with internal teams to provide necessary assets and maintain brand guidelines
Define and report on program KPIs to measure impact
Requirements
5 ~ 8+ years of progressively complex related experience in influencer marketing management, preferably from an influencer agency or brand-side in the gaming/entertainment industry
Experience managing and executing influencer marketing campaigns through an external agency or via influencer marketing platforms
Excellent understanding of gaming, and pop culture with exceptional taste and an eye for what resonates with consumers and how to leverage trends
Experience with and proficient use of the basics of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts, etc.), PowerPoint, and other necessary digital tools including research and analysis tools
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to communicate and collaborate with staff of all levels and divisions, including executive management, as well as internal and external partners
Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives effectively, and learn new skill sets and tools quickly
Must be a pro-active team player that is detail oriented, self-motivated and time efficient.
