Outbound calling with drive: approx. 120 dials per day — target around 5 completed applications per day
Building trust: turning skepticism into confidence — empathetically and persuasively engaging relatives and patients
Consultations with heart: providing telephone information about our unique care services in assistive devices and home emergency call systems
Supporting existing customers: handling follow-up questions and organizational matters with empathy and a solution-oriented approach
Documentation & communication: straightforward work with our internal software tools (full onboarding provided)

Enjoy talking to people and the ability to convey calm and reassurance even in difficult moments
Empathy, active listening and solution-oriented thinking
Ideally some experience in advisory roles, customer service, caregiving or the healthcare sector
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
Basic technical proficiency — comfortable using a laptop, headset and software tools

A meaningful job with real responsibility and direct contact with affected persons
First 1–2 weeks on-site, then fully remote — you only need a stable internet connection
