Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline
10+ years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role
Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP), Program Management Professional (PgMP), Certified Business Transformation Professional (CBTP), Change Management Certified Professional, or Six Sigma required
Strong collaboration, influence, and communication skills at senior leadership level
Analytical, innovative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in complex organizations
Applied knowledge of technology-enabled operating models and data dependencies
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
Proven management/leadership and negotiating skill
