Alturic Capital is seeking a Vice President of Sales Account Management to oversee the management and revenue growth strategy for key accounts. This role focuses on developing existing client relationships, driving renewals, and maximizing Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) through strategic account management and collaboration with various departments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop company-wide key account management strategies and annual growth plans
- Identify strategic clients (Top 20 / Top 50 Accounts)
- Establish a client tiered management system (Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3)
- Design long-term client development roadmaps
- Drive increases in renewal rates for key clients
- Responsible for client upsells and solution expansion
- Manage large framework agreements and long-term cooperation agreements
- Optimize client pricing and discount strategies
- Build a C-level client relationship network
- Organize senior management visits and strategic review meetings (QBR)
- Handle major client complaints and escalation of risks
- Maintain long-term partnerships
- Lead regional or industry key account teams
- Establish an Account Manager competency model
- Design an Account Manager incentive and performance evaluation system
- Develop high-potential client management talent
- Work with the product team to develop customized solutions
- Work with the customer success team to improve customer satisfaction
- Coordinate contract and payment collection management with the finance department
- Jointly conduct customer marketing campaigns with the marketing department
- Manage customer revenue structure analysis
- Monitor customer retention and churn rates
- Analyze Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
- Optimize sales and payment collection cycles
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- 20+ years of sales or customer management experience
- 10+ years of team management experience
- Extensive experience in key account management
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
- Strong customer relationship maintenance skills
- Proficient in CRM systems
- Excellent strategic thinking and business acumen
