Execute and analyze lead prioritization and automated engagement actions
Develop insights and understanding of business performance based on data and statistical methods
Communication and presentation of reports and in-depth analysis, including recommendations for optimizing campaigns, business processes and sales efficiencies
Provide analytics and improvement recommendations related to rep/agent productivity, sales metrics, process efficiencies and strategy forecasts
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the business and systems within the supported group; analyze systems and sales processes
Resolve technical issues, such as report/query malfunction, lapse in visualization stability/functionality and lead distribution mechanics
Assist team members as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
Five years of experience in data analytics, process improvement or other relevant work
Advanced understanding of data tools for visualization, extraction, modeling, CRM solutions and SQL
Analytical and problem-solving skills to perform high-level analysis and resolve technical issues
Communication and presentation skills for delivery of reports and analysis
Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team in a dynamic and complex environment
Proficiency using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
