Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 as the operational system managing core data, memberships, workflows, and collaboration setup
Maintain and govern SharePoint Online collaboration environments (site structures, document libraries, permissions, content governance)
Support and troubleshoot integrations between Dynamics and SharePoint, including automated site provisioning, permission management, document storage, and data synchronisation
Resolve cross-platform issues involving automation, access control, and workflow integrity
Ensure data quality, scalability, and structured collaboration practice
Support Azure and Microsoft 365 administration
Provide internal helpdesk support and manage user lifecycle processes
Maintain system security hygiene and access controls
Requirements
Proven experience administering and supporting Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP)
