Achieves annual sales and profitability targets via sales penetration in assigned territory, while managing all technical and quality assurance aspects of installation projects.
Oversees labor of subcontractors, recruitment, training, and monitors customer satisfaction in a defined geographic location(s).
Drives growth via Installation Services spanning all sales verticals.
Develops and expands relationships with internal and external customers and contractors, servicing as the key point of contact for all Installation projects and installation proposals.
Monitors and ensures installer's workmanship and recruits, trains, and maintains contractors.
Accompanies installers on measurement of unit and reviews labor bid before submission to the customer.
Visually inspects materials and merchandise and facilitates all needed documentation.
Coordinates with the customers and property managers to identify problems and ensure customer satisfaction.
Supervises direct reports including performance management, training, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
Requirements
Business-to-Business sales experience including experience using various sales techniques such as Consultative or Solution Based Selling.
Previous construction management experience.
Proficiency in blueprint, schematics, CAD, and RFQ requirements.
Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline.
Generally 5-8 years of experience in a related field OR MS/MA and generally 3-5 years of experience in a related field.
Certification is required in some areas.
