Lead and develop a team of Human Resources Business Partners in support of cross-functional program leadership teams.
Partner closely with leaders to align HR strategies with business priorities, driving employee engagement and organizational performance.
Support and execute key HR processes including performance management, employee movement, talent planning, and workforce development.
Use data and people metrics to identify trends and inform decisions that enhance employee experience and business results.
Foster a positive and inclusive culture by advising on employee and labor relations matters, change management, and organizational development.
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deploy solutions in areas such as compensation, labor relations, and training.
Develop and implement strategies to improve communication, recognition, and leadership capability across supported teams.
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while promoting a culture of accountability and trust.
Requirements
5+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience creating and executing business initiatives
3+ years of experience in Human Resources
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferred)
SHRM, PHR, or SPHR certification (preferred)
Experience in operational workforce planning (preferred)
Experience with large-scale organizational change and geographically dispersed populations (preferred)
Experience working with employees as a Human Resources Generalist (HRG) or Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) (preferred)
