full-cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including posting ads, sourcing and communicating with candidates, conducting interviews, and handling job offers
Onboarding & Offboarding: Own the entire journey for new joiners (contracting, payroll coordination) and departures (exit interviews)
HR Systems Administration: Take full ownership of our HR information system (BambooHR)
Office & Equipment Procurement: Manage the procurement of hardware and general office supplies
External Partnerships: Maintain professional relationships with external partners and suppliers
Event Management: Participate in the organization of company events and team-building activities
Well-being Initiatives: Propose and drive improvements to enhance employee well-being and company culture
Requirements
at least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Recruiter role
experience with HR software (experience with BambooHR is a definite advantage)
native Hungarian and strong communication-level English skills
