New Business Development: Identify and qualify potential customers by deeply understanding their operational challenges, value drivers, and decision-making processes.
Drive customer centric discovery conversations and progress opportunities through the sales cycle.
Pilot Ownership & Value Realization: Own the commercial side of customer pilots end-to-end.
Work closely with Customer Success to guide onboarding, maintain strong engagement throughout the pilot phase, translate technical results into clear business impact, and convert pilots into long-term partnerships.
Team contribution: Be an active, reliable member of a collaborative Sales team focused on shared success, continuously improving sales processes and the overall customer experience.
Work collaboratively to drive revenue: Working closely with Product and Revenue teams to translate customer and market insights into shared priorities, product direction, and roadmap input.
Drive Customer Value & Account Growth: Proactively identify opportunities to expand accounts and introduce additional Turbit solutions.
Support customers in achieving measurable improvements in performance, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Requirements

Structured thinker who can explain complex ideas simply
Adaptable, coachable, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate
Willingness to travel to customer and events when needed.
