Design beautiful custom itineraries and provide quotations.
Develop strong customer relations through frequent communication, professional, courteous and ethical interpersonal interactions.
Conduct research, surveys and personal investigation in order to effectively capitalize on our USP and at the same time evaluate competitor’s weaknesses and capabilities.
Assists in ensuring that customers are 100% satisfied with their travel experience.
Report to, and work/collaborate with the owner and the Marketing department on sales Action Items, strategies, day to day sales progress, marketing items, among other related items.
Maintain well-documented, accurate, organized and up-to-date info in our CRM in order to service the client in the most expedient, organized and knowledgeable manner.
Requirements
Autonomous and highly organized.
Attention to details.
Proactively provide solutions to optimise and streamline processes.
Natural Problem solver.
3 to 5 years’ experience in Sales, preferably in Travel.
Helpful / positive presence.
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate problems into solutions and functional plans.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent English.
Other languages would be considered as a plus.
If you are a skier or hiker will be considered a plus.
Wealthy knowledge of Switzerland and Europe is a big plus.
If you know SalesForce will be considered a plus.
