Analyze absenteeism and 'No-pay' trends to provide actionable insights to management for improving workforce productivity.
Execute end-to-end recruitment via SuccessFactors, manage hSenid attendance profiles, and maintain accurate personal files.
Conduct formal inquiries, manage grievance handling, and execute disciplinary measures in line with company policy.
Oversee daily OT, shift allowances, and leave adjustments; perform 'Maker-Checker' audits on payroll reports to ensure accuracy.
Secure night shift approvals for female workers and ensure bi-annual signing of the Code of Ethics.
Execute specialized onboarding plans for manufacturing hires to ensure fast integration and cultural alignment.
Coordinate and facilitate training sessions on company policies and ethics for both permanent and service-provider employees.
Serve as an approachable 'floor-based' HR presence to coach workers on grievance procedures and professional conduct.
Requirements
A Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management, Business Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Full or partial qualification in PQHRM (CIPM) or a specialized Diploma in Sri Lankan Labour Law is highly preferred.
2–5 years of HR experience specifically within a manufacturing or factory setting, with a strong focus on industrial relations.
Hands-on experience managing employee lifecycles and attendance using SuccessFactors and hSenid (or similar HRIS).
Native-level fluency in Sinhala for effective factory floor communication, complemented by professional fluency in English for corporate reporting.
