Act as a point of contact for managers and employees on all HR matters, and—depending on your area of responsibility—also for the works council
Responsible for all personnel matters from hiring to termination, including monthly payroll processing
Manage administrative processes such as contract drafting, issuance of certificates and employment-related documentation, company pension schemes, and correspondence with various authorities
HR controlling including reporting, personnel cost planning, forecasts, as well as ad-hoc evaluations and analyses
Actively shape and further develop the relevant business processes within the HR department
Requirements
Completed commercial/administrative training with further HR qualification, or a degree with a focus on HR
Knowledge of labor law, wage tax and social security legislation
Solid experience in payroll processing
Strong interpersonal skills and empathy, quick comprehension and sound judgment
Positive mindset, team player with a proactive and solution-oriented work style
