Point of contact for managers and employees on all HR matters; depending on the area of responsibility, may also act as contact for the works council
Responsible for all personnel matters from hiring to termination, including monthly payroll processing
Management of administrative processes such as contract drafting, issuance of certificates and employee documentation, company pension schemes, and correspondence with various authorities
HR controlling including reporting, personnel cost planning, forecasts, as well as ad‑hoc analyses and evaluations
Proactively design and develop relevant business processes within the HR department
Requirements
Commercial/vocational qualification with further training in HR or a degree with a focus on Human Resources
Knowledge of labor law, payroll tax, and social security legislation
Strong skills and experience in payroll administration
Pronounced interpersonal skills and empathy, with quick comprehension and sound judgment
Positive mindset, team player, and a proactive, solution‑oriented working style
