Plan, coordinate, and execute team events, offsites, and celebrations from concept to completion.
Manage the booking of conference rooms, especially for large meetings and events.
Handle logistics for new hires, including the setup of their designated workspace and tables.
Coordinate and place regular food orders, such as "Taco orders" and "lunchdrop" services.
Manage and execute the restocking of all office snacks and beverages.
Oversee kitchen cleanliness, including running the dishwasher, putting away dishes, and wiping down tables and counters.
Maintain overall office cleanliness by managing trash/recycling and ensuring common areas (e.g., chairs, visitor areas) are tidy.
Serve as the primary greeter for all office visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
Act as the point of contact for internal building-related announcements and coordinate directly with property management for necessary maintenance or issues.
Liaise with the Fire Marshal and ensure the office adheres to all safety and emergency protocols.
Requirements
Proven experience in office management, facilities coordination, or a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with visitors, property management, and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with basic office technology and scheduling software.
A proactive and self-starter attitude, able to identify needs and execute solutions independently.
