Requirements
- ServiceNow Experience: 6+ years
- Architect / Tech Lead Experience: 3+ years
- CMDB & ITOM Discovery
- Master Data Management (MDM)
- IRM / GRC modules (risk, compliance)
- CSM module (customer workflows)
- Proven ability to define architecture, roadmaps, and solution frameworks
- Strong understanding of platform integrations, data models, and automation
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management (including international teams)
