Head of Sales – Digital SaaS Solution

Role Overview

• You process incoming leads and develop them further
• You actively build new customer relationships through cold outreach & networking
• You conduct product demos and provide tailored advice to prospects
• You prepare proposals and guide potential customers through to contract signing
• You meticulously record all activities in our CRM system

Requirements

• Professional experience in sales – ideally in a SaaS or IT environment
• Passion for digital solutions and modern processes
• Strong communication skills, goal orientation and personal accountability
• Structured approach to work with a hands-on mentality
• Fluent German (English skills are a plus)
• Experience with HubSpot CRM
• Industry knowledge in rental or leasing businesses (e.g., vehicles, machinery, assets)
