Oversee the end-to-end billing function, ensuring all invoices and cancellations are produced efficiently and accurately across multiple jurisdictions.
Maintain and enhance the accuracy of client billing information, driving regular exception reporting to ensure data integrity.
Own the annual billing calendar — planning, coordinating and allocating workload to ensure deadlines are consistently met.
Manage and improve the internal billing ticketing system, ensuring high-quality and timely resolution of requests.
Document, maintain and refine billing processes and policies, with a proactive focus on optimisation and best practice.
Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve billing queries and support business initiatives.
Prepare consolidated statements for key clients and support high-volume billing cycles.
Lead ongoing process and system enhancements aligned with Oracle billing functionality.
Support other billing-related tasks and ad hoc business needs as required.

Requirements
Circa 5 years’ billing management experience at a managerial level, within a large offshore corporate services provider or the wider financial services industry.
Able to demonstrate strong people management and leadership skills.
Demonstrated experience working in high-volume billing environments.
Strong working knowledge of Oracle.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
