Draft & Deliver: Write high-quality, persuasive bid responses and formal proposals for NHS Trusts, ICSs, research institutions, private healthcare providers and international healthcare providers.
Strategic Assessment: Review policy documents, tender documents and RFPs to evaluate "strategic fit” and opportunities for PKB.
Storyboarding: Collaborate with technical, clinical, and product teams to translate complex features into benefit-driven narratives. Partner with the marketing team to ensure our platform messaging and narratives are aligned and consistent across channels.
Content Governance: Maintain and evolve our "Knowledge Base" of gold-standard responses, ensuring technical accuracy and consistent branding.
Compliance & Precision: Ensure all submissions meet strict procurement requirements while maintaining a "PKB voice" that stands out from corporate jargon.
Translate internal briefings into external narratives: Take briefings from the sales team and the wider management team and support quick turn arounds of proposals and briefs.
Requirements
A Healthcare Strategist: You understand the NHS/healthcare landscape, and the broader complexity of healthcare and the role of technology/industry.
A Master Communicator: You can explain API integrations to a clinician and patient empowerment to a transformation team in the same document.
Detail-Obsessed: You spot a formatting error from a mile away.
Ethically Aligned: You care about data privacy and patient rights.
3+ years in bid/proposal writing, ideally within HealthTech, Saas, or Public Sector procurement.
Proven track record of winning high-value tenders (contracts over £500k+).
Strong project management skills; you can juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
