As an Inside Sales Customer Executive (m/f/d), you are the central interface between our customers, distributors and internal teams, ensuring smooth quotation and order processing.
Collaboration with distributors, manufacturers and internal stakeholders
Preparation of customer-specific quotations and handling of time-critical requests
Management and optimization of customer-specific inventory
Identification and implementation of process improvements and participation in projects
Support for international customers and assistance with international projects
Requirements
Commercial vocational training or a university degree with relevant professional experience
Knowledge of quotation preparation and order processing
Experience in process or support management desirable
Strong relationship management skills as well as organizational and analytical abilities
Strong communication skills in German and English for interaction with diverse stakeholders
Salesforce experience is an advantage
