Present the advantages and benefits of the product in a coherent and consistent manner, highlighting its value to the customer.
Carry out an after-sales follow-up of customers during their stay to ensure their satisfaction.
Requirements
College degree preferred in the following areas: Business Administration, Marketing, Social Communication and Public Relations.
Minimum 1 year in a similar position. Sales executive, Public Relations, customer service.
Flexible schedule is required; must be available to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and/or holidays.
Must be able to read, write and speak Spanish and English. Other languages preferred.
Computer proficiency in software applications including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and reservations systems.
