- Managing the central finance inbox
- Coordinating inquiries from customers, suppliers and internal colleagues
- Reviewing and processing incoming invoices
- Maintaining master data
- Supporting other accounting tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Friendly, professional and service-oriented communication with customers, suppliers and colleagues
- Strong numeracy and meticulous working style
- Analytical thinking skills
- Excellent German skills (at least C1/C2) and good English skills (at least B1/B2), both written and spoken
