Coordinate people and processes to ensure service projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results.
Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the service project lifecycle, identifying schedules, scope, budget estimation, implementation plans, and project risk.
Ensure developing a detailed project plan to effectively track progress.
Coordinate internal resources, and ensure resource availability and allocation for the flawless execution of projects.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business-related or technical field
1 – 3 years’ experience in project management
Proven success working with all levels of management
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Experience in the energy sector or similar with business acumen skills
Knowledge of Odoo as a CRM system and Celoxis as a project management solution is a plus
