Responsibility for scalable revenue growth across the company
Development of growth strategies including pricing & packaging, market expansion, and digital transformation
Overall responsibility for Marketing, Sales, Partnerships & Activation
Harmonization of all customer-facing functions
Build and lead the "Go-to-Market & Growth" division
Management of the entire revenue pipeline, including market and competitive analysis
Establishment of a KPI framework and data-driven decision-making processes for the continuous optimization of the customer journey

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Several years of leadership experience in sales and marketing roles, ideally in technology companies, startups, or e-commerce
Proven understanding of modern platform technologies and experience marketing digital business models
Strong leadership and change-management skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Entrepreneurial, strategic, and analytical mindset
Business-fluent German and English; French is an advantage
