Assist students, employers and educational institutions with registration and posting of opportunities.
Update client records.
Enter internship program data and keep the database up to date.
Direct visitors to the relevant pages on the Portal according to requested services.
Answer clients' questions about products and services.
Provide customer service and register new clients.
Assist with maintaining the database (client registrations).
Support technical promotion of products.
Provide customer support by e-mail, phone and WhatsApp for information about processes.
Requirements
Currently enrolled in a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing Technology (Technologist), Human Resources Management, Advertising, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite and ease using computerized systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform tasks that require focus.
Must have at least one year remaining until graduation (minimum availability to intern).
